Did you know that Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod has people known as 'Advocates' based around the UK who visit organisations and groups to give presentations on the history and purpose of the festival? Groups we have visited in the past include Rotary Clubs, Inner Wheel Clubs and Business Clubs.

If you belong to a group or organisation who would like to have an Advocate visit your group meeting, why not contact Christine Dukes who will be able to tell you whether there is an Advocate in your area and if so, put them in touch with you to arrange a presentation evening.  For a nominal fee, the Advocate will be able to share with the audience the history of this unique Festival through a showing of a DVD made for the Nobel Peace Prize Application in 2004 and to answer questions about its relevancy in today's world.
